Troubleshooting

This chapter lists the messages of the Myra DataHub portal, their cause, and how to resolve them.

The portal reports an error in three places:

• ■ Below the input field – as long as a value is not valid. The message disappears as soon as the value is correct.
• ■ As a notification at the edge of the screen – after an action has failed. It names the action that failed.
• ■ As a page of its own – when the application cannot carry out the request at all, for example because a permission is missing.

If the general message There was an unexpected issue. appears, the server did not answer the request. Repeat the action. If the message persists, note the time, the view, and the action before you report the error.

The messages appear in the language selected in the portal. This chapter quotes the English wording.
