Company management

The Myra DataHub provides two kinds of user management: a user management for creating SOC users and a user management per company for the customers.

Depending on who you want to create a new account for, proceed as follows:

Account for a SOC user:

• ► Open the Myra DataHub.
• ► Log in.
• ↳ The Myra DataHub home page with the company accounts opens.

Opening user management – Option 1

• ► Click on the company name in the top right corner.
• ➔ The Company management view opens.

Account for a company

• ► Open the Myra DataHub.
• ► Log in.
• ↳ The Myra DataHub home page with the company accounts opens.
• ► Click on the name of a company.
• ↳ The Dashboard view of the respective company opens.

Opening user management – Option 1

• ► Click on the company name in the top right corner.
• ➔ The Company management view opens.
