A company cannot be added or edited

Message	Cause	Remedy
An error occurred while adding the company. Please try again shortly.	The server did not create the company.	Repeat the procedure. Before that, check in the list whether the company already exists.
An error occurred while editing the company. Please try again shortly.	The server did not apply the change.	Repeat the procedure.
This field is required.	A mandatory field is empty.	Fill in the marked field.
The value should be a positive number.	A numeric field contains a negative number or a zero.	Enter a positive number.

A company cannot be deleted

Message	Cause	Remedy
You cannot delete the network because a mitigation is currently running. Please end the mitigation first and try again.	A mitigation is running for one of the company's networks. Deleting the company would delete its networks as well.	End the mitigation and delete the company again afterwards.
An error occurred while deleting the company. Please try again shortly.	The server did not delete the company.	Repeat the procedure.

Note

Deleting a company also deletes its networks, user accounts, and data permanently.

Additional contacts for notifications

An additional contact address stays Pending until the recipient answers the verification email. Only then does it receive notifications.

Message	Cause	Remedy
The contact could not be added.	The address was not accepted.	Check the spelling. Check whether the address is already in the list.
The verification email could not be resent.	Sending failed, or the limit has been reached.	Five verification emails per hour are allowed per contact. Wait and send again afterwards.
The contact could not be removed.	The server did not delete the contact.	Repeat the procedure.

If a contact stays Pending although the email was sent, the verification link has not been opened or has expired. Send the verification email again.
